Eternity Fashion Accessories will communicate through emails to confirm orders, order notification, tax invoices and newsletters of our products and services.
Should change of details occur, please ensure to inform us as soon as possible and provide All Eternity Fashion Accessories with up to date and correct information as we will not be liable for any delays caused by invalid information.
Orders
1.All prices shown are GST inclusive.
2.Orders will be sent once confirmation of payment is received and cleared, this may take 24-48 hours of payment received and possibly up to 3 days depending on method of payment.
3.Delivery of orders will be sent to the address specified on the Delivery Address of the order form
4.WE DO NOT BACKORDER - If an item is out of stock, you will be notified & given the option of choosing another item or to have the item amount deleted from your invoice. An updated invoice will be sent back to you for confirmation, including freight charges.
Payments
1.Products will not be forwarded unless payment has been received in full.
2.All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD$)
3.We do not record or keep any credit card details on our system,
4.Prices subject to change without notice due to variations in exchange rates and a competitive marketplace, orders placed prior to any price change will be fulfilled.

Relevant payment details will be supplied to you upon completing an order based on the payment option you select.
Freight Policy
Please Note: Do not pay your account with us until you have received a return invoice with postal / freight charges attached.
1.Eternity Fashion Accessories uses Australia Post for shipping and handling, charges depends on the weight & destination of your order.
2.Postage or Freight costs are the actual prices charged to Eternity Fashion Accessories
Refund & Return Policy
Returns and refunds are available under the following conditions;
1.If defective or sent in error the original piece/s must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order to received a full refund or replacement. Please be sure to insure the returned item/s for the replacement value, as we will not be responsible for any item/s lost or damaged in transit. Postage costs will be credited back to your account and amended accordingly, COD is not accepted.
2.Replacements or refunds will be issued when the items are received. If the original piece is not sent back, no replacement or refund will be given.
3.Before returning an item contact us via email with your details, invoice number and the item being returned. This is to be sent with a copy of the original invoice and the item being returned.
4.No Returns for change of mind.
5.No claims accepted after 14 days.
6.For hygiene reasons we do not accept any returns on pierced jewellery.
Eternity Fashion Accessories reserves the right to decline returns if products appear to be damaged, worn, bent, scratched, marked, broken or altered in any form. If products are found in this condition they will be shipped back to the customer and the customer will be notified of the return.
