All Year Round Accessories would like you to please read carefully the following terms & conditions of use. If you proceed to visit and to purchase products from the contents of this site, you agree, understand and accept these terms & conditions of use.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, any information will be strictly confidential and not given to any third party. All Year Round Accessories have this privacy statement in order to show our firm commitment to privacy and are bound in accordance with the 'Privacy Act.

All Year Round Accessories require our site users to fill in our Registration Form with your information to conduct business between All Year Round Accessories and yourself. Information will be used for processing your business transactions, customer service and account records. We ensure all information that you provide is used only for the purpose in which it is provided. Business ABN details are validated with the Ministry of Fair Trading and / or other government departments to verify all information is accurate and in the related field.

Limitation of Liability

All Year Round Accessories provides the Site only for your convenience. Neither All Year Round Accessories, nor its affiliates, managing directors, partners, employees or other representatives, warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Site.

The Site is provided without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

All Year Round Accessories will communicate through emails to confirm orders, order notification, tax invoices and newsletters of our products and services.

You are liable for your membership account and password and in maintaining your privacy and for all the activities that take place under your account and password.

Should change of details occur, please ensure to inform us as soon as possible and provide All Year Round Accessories with up to date and correct information as we will not be liable for any delays caused by invalid information.

Wholesale Orders

1.      To purchase wholesale, you must first fill out our  Registration Form

For first time buyers we now have a minimum of $30 per order not including gst, handling fee & postage. For any order after this there will be no minimum unless previously discussed with us.

2.      All prices shown are GST exclusive, Goods & Services Tax will be added at the checkout.

3.      Orders will be sent once confirmation of payment is received and cleared, this may take 24-48 hours of payment received and possibly up to 3 days depending on method of payment.

4.      Delivery of orders will be sent to the address specified on the Delivery Address of the order form

5.      WE DO NOT BACKORDER - If an item is out of stock, you will be notified & given the option of choosing another item or to have the item amount deleted from your invoice. An updated invoice will be sent back to you for confirmation, including freight charges.

Payments

1.      Products will not be forwarded unless payment has been received in full.

2.      All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD$)

3.      We do not record or keep any credit card details on our system,

4.      Prices subject to change without notice due to variations in exchange rates and a competitive marketplace, orders placed prior to any price change will be fulfilled.

We accept payments via:

  • Direct Bank Deposits (Cash deposit, cash transfer or internet bank transfer)
  • Credit Cards
  • PAYPAL
  • Australia Post Money order and Cheque

Relevant payment details will be supplied to you upon completing an order based on the payment option you select.

Freight Policy

Please Note: Do not pay your account with us until you have received a return invoice with postal / freight charges attached.

1.      All Year Round Accessories uses Australia Post for shipping and handling.

Refund & Return Policy

Returns and refunds are available under the following conditions;

1.      If defective or sent in error the original piece/s must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order to received a full refund or replacement. Please be sure to insure the returned item/s for the replacement value, as we will not be responsible for any item/s lost or damaged in transit. Postage costs will be credited back to your account and amended accordingly, COD is not accepted.

2.      Replacements or refunds will be issued when the items are received. If the original piece is not sent back, no replacement or refund will be given.

3.      Before returning an item contact us via email with your details, invoice number and the item being returned. This is to be sent with a copy of the original invoice and the item being returned.

4.      No Returns for change of mind.

5.      No claims accepted after 14 days.

6.      For hygiene reasons we do not accept any returns on pierced jewellery.

All Year Round Accessories reserves the right to decline returns if products appear to be damaged, worn, bent, scratched, marked, broken or altered in any form. If products are found in this condition they will be shipped back to the customer and the customer will be notified of the return.
