It has been noted that on some computors that the block pop-ups is enabled.
The offsite payment page needs to be able to load, so if your having problems
getting through to the secure payments page try this.
1-- when clicking on the Accept Conditions tab press and hold your shift key
this will allow the web page to open in a new browser
