Postage & Handling: The website gives you an estimated
only price for postage which sometimes is higher than what you will pay. The price of postage depends on the weight of items ordered and your postcode.
(You must complete all payment details for the order to be processed) The handling fee covers the postpack and any other packaging involved with completion of order.
Freight and Packing: Goods will be shipped as soon as possible after an order is received.
Eternity fashion will endeavor to process orders within a week. Within Australia,
Packages of less than 9kg will be sent by Australia Post (However, specific shipping requests will be considered).
Freight and packing charges will be included in the invoice.
International orders will be shipped by Economy mail and charged according to weight and size of package.
Returning Items: Items can be returned if damaged or shipped in error; credit will be given automatically.
Credit will not be given for a change of mind
New Customers: Initial orders will be processed on a pro forma basis, ie. an invoice will be sent and the
account must be paid prior to shipping. Goods will be held for a maximum of two weeks from the invoice date,
after which the order will be cancelled.
All non paying customers will have their IP address added to a black list and will no longer be able to access the website

We cannot guarantee 100% availability of listed items; where appropriate a back order will be created.
